Terms & Conditions
Cameron J. Mobbs guitars and banjos come with a warranty that ensures they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. No representations or warranties made by dealers, agents, or representatives will be binding.
Exclusions that may void the warranty include:

Damage resulting from abuse, negligence, accidents, improper use, or unauthorised repairs.

Damage caused by extreme heat and/or humidity.

Normal wear and tear, including worn frets, worn tuning machines, or finish damage due to extreme cold or contact with plastics or solvents.

Unauthorised modifications, homemade repairs, or improper maintenance.

Hardware and electronics are covered under the manufacturers’ warranties, except for machine heads.
All guitars should be insured by their owner. Cameron J. Mobbs accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from fire, theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Any guitars shipped or transported to and from Cameron J. Mobbs remain the responsibility of the owner and should be adequately insured during transit.
Returns
Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Payment
All invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Failure to do so may incur a late payment fee of 10% to the value of the outstanding invoice.
